EP 20: The Gray Area of Internals Vs. Externals

In this episode, L probably makes sense in her thought process of Internal people vs. External people. She kinda explains Internal and External locus of control which–according to Google–refers to the "degree to which people believe they have control over events in their lives, either believing their actions determine outcomes (internal locus) or that external forces do (external locus)." You might like it. I kinda did.

ABOUT THE PODCAST

A coming-of-age podcast as I come of age in real time.

I've noticed that the term "coming-of-age" usually refers to a movie where a young high school boy discovers girls for the first time. Granted, yes, that's kind of the definition of it. That's not really coming-of-age anymore. At least not to me. My podcast is about realizing how there's a gorgeous gray area existing between the things in life we initially thought were black and white, and coming to enjoy and accept it.
